1181 Caretakers Apartment

This project is a part of the Metal Prefab Rehab renovation and conservation of 1950’s buildings located on a former industrial site just south of Downtown Columbus. The project consisted of renovating an existing cluttered concrete block single story apartment into a 940 SF living space with one bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and mechanical room.

The apartment was meticulously thought out and designed, from the program organization to the HVAC system
