This project is a part of the Metal Prefab Rehab renovation and conservation of multiple 1950’s buildings located on a former industrial site just south of Downtown Columbus. The project consisted of renovating an existing concrete block single story apartment into a modernized 940 SF living space with one bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and mechanical room.

The apartment was meticulously thought out and designed, from the program organization to the HVAC system.
